Steps
- Open the intended card and choose View PIN.
- When Enter your app passcode appears, enter your six-digit app passcode.
- On Your card PIN, read the four-digit PIN or use Copy PIN when you need it in a trusted setting.
- To change it, choose Create new PIN.
- On Create PIN, enter the new four-digit card PIN. On Repeat new PIN, enter the same PIN again.
- Check the New PIN is set confirmation on the card.
What to expect
PIN viewing should display the selected card’s PIN after authentication. After a change, check New PIN is set before using the replacement PIN.
If something does not work
- Do not enter the four-digit card PIN when the screen asks for your six-digit app passcode.
- Never send your PIN or app passcode to support, another card user, or a merchant.
- If the app rejects your code, check whether it asks for the card PIN or app passcode and follow any attempt warning. If you cannot continue, contact Buburuza Support without sharing either code.
