Use these instructions for the selected account when it offers the feature and controls described below.
FX Rate compares an entered amount across several currencies. Changing this calculator does not execute a currency exchange.
Before you start
Open the mobile FX rate calculator when it is offered. Decide which base currency and amount you want to compare; this task does not exchange money.
Steps
- Open FX rate from Services on Home and read Last updated.
- Check the base currency at the top. Use its selector or move a comparison currency into the base position when you want to change the comparison.
- Choose Add currency. Search or browse Suggested and the alphabetical list, then select the currencies you want to compare; checkmarks identify selections.
- Use the pencil beside the base amount to enter a value. The keypad provides numeric and arithmetic controls; choose Done when finished.
- Review the calculated amount and per-unit rate for each selected currency.
- Drag a currency by its handle to change its position. Swipe a comparison row aside and choose X to remove it.
What to expect
The calculator should show the entered base amount and the selected currency comparisons with their per-unit rates. No transfer or exchange is submitted by this task.
If something does not work
- Check Last updated before relying on a displayed comparison.
- A zero input produces zero comparison amounts even while per-unit rates remain visible.
- The comparison is separate from a transfer or exchange quote; this page has no transaction submission action.
