Opening Transaction history from a mobile card gives you a transaction view filtered to that card.
Before you start
Select the card whose transaction history you want to inspect.
Steps
- Open the card and choose Transaction history.
- Check the selected card and month at the top of Transactions.
- Use Search to look for the relevant activity.
- Use the Currency and Card selectors to adjust the view.
- Review Spent and Income for the selected filters, then inspect the dated transaction entries.
- Open an individual transaction when you need its status and payment details.
Expected result
The list reflects that card and the chosen filters. Open the intended payment to inspect its status and details.
If something does not work
- Changing a card or currency filter changes the displayed activity; it does not alter the transaction.
- If an expected entry is missing, check the selected card and month before concluding that the payment is absent.
