Use these instructions for the selected account when it offers the feature and controls described below.
Update your mobile phone number and verify that you can receive the confirmation code at the new number.
Before you start
Have access to the new phone number and check its country calling code. Keep your app passcode available if the app requests authentication.
Steps
- Open Profile, then Account and Phone number. Enter your app passcode when requested.
- Choose the country code and enter your new phone number.
- On the delivery chooser, choose Send SMS for text-message verification.
- Enter the phone-change verification code in the number of boxes displayed by your app.
- Use Request another one only when the displayed countdown allows it.
- Check New phone number is set! and the updated number on Account.

Check New phone number is set! and the updated number in Account. Requesting or receiving a code alone does not complete the change.
If something does not work
- Check the country code and number before requesting the code.
- Link Telegram/WhatsApp is an alternative entry in the delivery chooser; use it only if its actual linking instructions are available in your app.
- A sign-in code and a phone-change code serve different actions. Never send either to support.
- If you cannot receive or verify the code, contact Buburuza Support with the affected step and error text. Do not include the code, passcode or verification link.
