Before you start
Open the intended mobile account and read the helper for each privacy setting before changing it.
Steps
- Open Profile, then Privacy & security.
- Review Transaction privacy. Choose whether to hide balances by default.
- Review Travel mode and the explanation currently shown before changing it.
- Return to the app to check the balance presentation.
What to expect
Return to the app and check the balance presentation after changing Transaction privacy. A privacy or travel setting does not change a payment’s status.
If something does not work
- Hiding a displayed balance does not change the balance or a payment status.
- Geographic, banking and security restrictions still apply when travel mode is on.
