Use these instructions for the selected account when it offers the feature and controls described below.
Buburuza widgets can show compact account information and shortcuts. Check the information in the app when you need the full balance, transfer record or payment review.
Before you start
Use this guide for Buburuza widgets already available on your phone. Open the app when you need the authoritative transaction, account or booking record.
Steps
- On an available balance widget, check Total balance and the displayed currency or token equivalent. Use the eye control when you want to change whether the balance is visible.
- Use the spending widget to review Today spending and its category bars. Quote widgets show a compact asset list; open the app for fuller asset information.
- Choose the available payment shortcut: Pay by QR-code, By phone, By crypto or Own account. Continue through the corresponding recipient, amount and review steps in the app.
- On a B1 widget, use Tap to ask B1 or the microphone control. Watch for Listening and read the assistant’s response before taking a separate account action.
- For an ongoing transfer, compare its amount, asset or network, sent time, ETA and current stage. Created, Processing and Completed identify different progress states.
- In the app, open Ongoing Transfers when you need to compare multiple transfers. For a Failed item, use Check details; close a completed status card with its X when available.
- For a flight card, read the flight identifier, departure and arrival locations and times. Check the booking and carrier information separately before travelling.
What to expect
Use the widget to identify the relevant information or shortcut, then inspect the full account, transfer or booking record in the app when needed. A shortcut or B1 response does not show that money was sent.
If something does not work
- If a shortcut opens the app, finish the payment review there. A shortcut or B1 response does not show that money has been sent.
- An ETA is an estimate. Check the transfer’s own status and details if its progress changes or the payment fails.
- For an Add money to loan collateral warning, open the loan and review its collateral information and top-up action. Read the loan’s current terms and warning before acting.
- If a balance, quote or flight time needs confirmation, check the corresponding app record or service. Do not rely on a compact widget alone for a payment or travel decision.
