Use these instructions for the selected account when it offers the feature and controls described below.
Profile provides release announcements, app-update navigation and links to company information and documents.
Before you start
Open the mobile Profile for the app you use. Check the actual version or update information shown rather than relying on an old announcement.
Steps
- Open Profile and choose Updates to read the dated release and announcement cards.
- Use Update app on the release card when available.
- If the Updates screen says in-app update notifications are disabled, choose Go to Notifications to review that preference.
- Open Profile, then About us for Licences, Privacy policy and Terms of service entries, plus Website, X and Instagram links.
What to expect
You should reach the selected announcement, update action or company document. Read the actual linked document or update result; opening an announcement is not proof that the app was updated.
If something does not work
- An announcement card is different from a transaction status or support reply.
- Use the actual linked legal document for its contents; a menu entry alone does not establish a licence or contractual term.
